Question are you using Ginger tea bags or the actual root? The teabags did not work for me, it made matters worse. As soon as I switched to the actual ginger root it’s self it was like night and day.

I’ve been drinking Ginger and Chamomile but both make me burp more than normal.
Is this gas leaving me? Is it a good thing and I should keep drinking it or stop?
