Lemon would definitely send me over the top. Citrus is one of the biggest triggers of GERD. Definitely no citrus at all. No coffee, caffeine, alcohol.
I hope you know what foods you can and can’t have.

Try to drink it more slowly. Also to all the people saying don’t have lemons and those other foods, it doesn’t bother everyone’s acid reflux. Everyone is different.

Lemons are a big no, no. They are super acidic. Lemons are made of acid… just say no.
