I truly think stress is worse for me than any foods/drinks, but my GERD has gotten worse this year so I am trying to mostly avoid the major trigger foods as well.

Sugar. But I’ve been on Acid Watcher Diet for 2 months, so I’m avoiding lots of foods that were probably triggers for me.

Onions, peppers, tomatoes, citrus, fatty dressing, cinnamon, black and red pepper, too much chocolate, anything carbonated or with caffeine, water with low pH, anything with citric acid, red meat, and anything fried. FML

I would be scared to try a pizza. I’m not sure what my worst is, but I think dairy is a trigger for me, even zero fat zero sugar yoghurt.
